Hijama Mapped to level 5 for approximately 5 credits = 50 hours. This course is a follow-on from the Medical Cupping course. Therefore, the Medical Cupping course MUST be completed first. This course is accredited and can be counted towards the Naprapathic Medicine course in recognition of prior learning. Students have 1 year upon enrolment in which to complete this course. Assessment is by ongoing online multiple-choice questions. Pass mark 80%. Plus, compulsory attendance at a live Zoom class for practical instruction and a 1-day face-to-face workshop in Glasgow. Students often complete the Medical Cupping practical on the first day and then the Hijama course the following day to save on travel and accommodation expenses.
